Tentrade funded account withdrawal I'm giving tentrade 5 star because of it's customer relations and understanding. Yesterday I requested for a withdrawal from my funded account, I was expecting the withdrawal to be approved this morning, but to my surprise it got rejected due to stacking violation. These was strange to me because I always ensure I follow all rules and this is not my first time of withdrawal. So I contacted my account manager and I was told The stacking rule was just added this week, I got really angry that how can a new rule affect my withdrawal as I'm an old user. So he told me to calm down that I should open a support ticket and explain to them that I wasn't aware. So I login then open a support ticket explaining to them that I wasn't aware and the new rules shouldn't affect my withdrawal. After some minutes I received a call from their support team and he explain to me that, they sent out a notification to all users on the 17th of this month via MT5.. I explain to him that I didn't see it and also I don't usually pay attention to any notification on MT5.. After several discussions the call ended, and after some minutes, he called me back and told me that, he has explained my situation to the team and they do understand from my perspective also, so they granted me the withdrawal.. Long story short, I was able to withdraw once again today.. As long as you keep all rules checked, I think your withdrawal is 💯 guaranteed with Tentrade.
